Do This Today


Develop positive emotions and shun negative emotions. Then you tend to become emotionally intelligent in real sense (http://emotional-quotient-intelligence.blogspot.com). You need to train yourself to do that; it does not happen on its own. Some examples of positive emotions are love, respect, trust, kindness, generosity, happiness, forgiveness, empathy etc and of negative emotions are hate, anger, jealousy, unhappiness, aloofness, depression, complaining, sulking etc.
